Welcome to the Cloud City Rollers local Destiny weekly news! We’ll continue to update this page as more event details come in throughout the week!

  • The first local Prime Tournament of the season is in Beaverton, Oregon this Sunday! Details here.
  • Set 9, Covert Missions, has been delayed until Q1 of 2020.
  • Everett store Geeky Villain now has their own Discord Server and Youtube Channel where they upload their Friday night Destiny top table games!
  • Season 2 Spark of Hope promos have arrived at stores all over the state! Ask your local tournament organizer how to get yours.
  • Impending Balance of the Force change, additions to the restricted list, and errata for the World Championship in October detailed below:

Casual Play

We are going to be rolling some dice Monday night at Optimism on Capitol Hill. Optimism is independent and family-owned. Food trucks are nearby and outside food is welcome!

Competitive Tournament Prep

Open play night! Bring your decks and lets roll some dice as we prepare for upcoming competitive events.

Escalation League

Hey all, we’re starting a new escalation league now that Spark of Hope is out. Players can buy 6 packs for $15, then pick a starter or draft kit (bring one or buy one) to go with the packs and make a deck. Every week players will add two packs. Players can add a pack after every three losses. The league will go for six weeks or so—it was lots of fun last time we did it!


Tuesday, October 1

Casual Play

A group of Cloud City Rollers seeks to revitalize the Destiny scene at Around the Table in Lynnwood. Come join us for some casual games with the new Spark of Hope set!

Around The Table is a family-friendly game pub with a light food menu, 17 beers on tap, ciders, locally made drinks, and a Full Tilt ice cream bar! Outside food and drink is also welcome, but we encourage guests to support local businesses when deciding which food to enjoy at the store.

Casual Play

Omnigamers Dilemma Wednesday! Open CCG/LCG gaming starts at 7 p.m. at Cafe Javasti, 8410 5th NE. Destiny, Netrunner, Warhammer Age of Sigmar Champions, Transformers TCG, and Keyforge are what I’ll have on hand, and there is usually a selection of mid-weight euro games as well.

The cafe is closed. Outside food and drink welcome.


Thursday, October 3

Casual Play

Come hang out at Zulu’s Board Game Cafe with the Cloud City Rollers! Early birds usually show up around 5:30 p.m., but the larger group tends to gather around 7 p.m. Zulu’s carries a wide variety of beer and cider on tap, and offers a full menu that includes burgers, salads, appetizers, and desserts!

Weekly League Play (Season 3, Week 1)

Weekly Tournament – Draft Format

Players will need to purchase three packs of Spark of Hope and three packs of Convergence. The top matches of the event will be streamed online!

Entry Fee: The cost of six packs.

Please check the latest Holocron Document for errata, Balance of the Force changes, and the restricted card list.

Each participant will win at least one booster pack, and there will be full art promo cards, tokens, and other prize support given out based on player records.


Saturday, October 5

SuperPlay – 9300 SW Beaverton-Hillsdale Hwy, Beaverton, Oregon 97005 – 9 a.m. – 5 p.m.

Star Wars Destiny Prime

Please join us for a Star Wars Destiny Prime Championship. Prizes will include the official Prime kit:

In addition there will be prizes for the person Closest to the Cut (either a Prime mat or a spot gloss card) and three door prize raffles (event exclusive alt arts) available to all players.

There will be one spot gloss card raffled off (available only to players who do not make the top cut and are not Closest to the Cut) and 2 paid entries to The Portland Game Store Prime in 2020 (available to all players).

The entry fee is $15 per player. Registration begins at 9 AM. The first round will begin at 10 AM. SuperPlay will have a full menu and bar available to order food and drink from.
